Desert Golfing App Reviews

This isnt just a game. Its a metaphor for life itself. Its kinda boring and repetitive, with just enough variety to keep you playing. There are no real goals except those you make for yourself. Sometimes its difficult, sometimes its frustrating, and sometimes the ball just goes right in the hole on your first shot. Some parts are easy, some parts seem impossible, and on some levels you can almost hear the evil designer of the game cackling in his lair as he deliberately stacks the cards against you. Every once in a while theres something different. Something amazing. You have to play and play and play and play just to find these few little tidbits of novelty in the otherwise boring desert. I wont spoil it for you, but theres more than just sand out there. You have to stick with it—just like life. Dont give up! Im only on hole 629, but I know that theres much more out there. I will carry on. Stay strong, brothers and sisters! Desert Golfing is life!

No pause, no reset, no variation. Levels increase, score accumulates, I guess they want you to delete it to reset the score. (Kind of silly) Simple, enjoyable golf game, but certainly not worth more than $0.99.

Im currently on hole 3026... The colors do change from orange, pink, to purple, to blue to teal to green and eventually back to the original orange

However, after getting near the 400th hole or so, the game seemed to slow down and lag a bit

I play the game because I want to, not because I have to. Im not being conditioned to play; there are no prizes to win. If I have something important to do, I have no problem putting the game down. The game doesnt mind, it will be there when I get back. It is the same game even when Im not looking. It is beautiful in its simplicity. I am grateful for its confidence to say only what needs to be said and nothing else.

A simple, fun game with no ads or unnecessary features. Im only on level 158 and I dont plan on stopping. Its a fun game, somewhat challenging, and its easy and simple enough just to pull out for a second while youre bored and then just as easy to put it away. The dollar is worth it for no ads and many fun times ahead. Would definitely recommend.

Really good game to waste some time. Not a waste of money obviously. I like the fact that the developer put little things here and there, like rock. I thought something would happen if I put the rock in the hole but nothing happened to my dismay lol. The pools of water and the angry face on the side of the desert mountain. HOW LONG DOES THIS DESERT GO!!!!!!!

There is a ball, a hole and some sand. You move the ball over the sand and put it in the hole. There are four colors and a couple of sounds. There are no achievements or unlockables. Your only reward is being allowed to see the next hole. This is incredibly refreshing.

This is the only game I continue to play on my iPhone. Level 4572 so far!

Commit to your shot. Theres a record of all of them, but should you really care? Simple controls and some frustrating shots in an endless desert. You shouldnt care about getting to the top of a chart. Its meaningless. Cease seeking perfection. This game will show you that its meaningless to do so. Apply it to other facets in your life. Take a shot. If you dont succeed, try again. Try and fail repeatedly until you succeed.

Endless...to some that might be fun but for me it made the game pointless. It would be much better if there was a goal to reach, a score to compare to or even a way to have settings. I have a feeling most of these reviews are planted because they are too glowing for such a boring pointless game.

Pure simplicity and clever design. You wont stop playing in order to discover the little surprises the game will show you. Perfect controls and infinite gameplay, this game will follow you for months.

No unnecessary features, this game lets you golf in a desert environment. This game will keep you company at 2:50am when insomnia is preventing you from sleeping.

Hilariously stripped down golfing. I play it to occupy my thumbs while listening to podcasts.

At a bar and theres bros impatiently banging on the stall door and its making you clench up? Toss this baby on and youll be in and out as fast as a hole in 1. Rid yourself of solitaire, sudoku, and everything else. This is all you need.
