Otherwise love the game

Ive seen so many people on a much higher level than my current, but level 3517 is absolutely impossible. I have the physics and slopes mastered, but please, someone update and at least make it slightly less than impossible!!!

Mostly cruising through the game. I did get hung up on a couple different holes. At hole 6305 it feels like I have hit a wall (500+ tries). Been looking for a point to stop playing… and I found it. Design wise, I think that this game is just to simplistic. Like it over shot the mark. Example: Would have been nice, to have a way, to stop the game from registering swipes as swings. So I could interact with Notification Center or Control Center. A pause button or menu would have worked.

Its simple, doesnt glitch, always picks up where I left off. Challenging yet now impossible. Very happy with it!

hole 675 I found a rock. I spent a good five minutes smacking it around because it had physics and it made my day. This game made me happy to see a rock

If youre a fan of old school Atari style games youll probably like this. But beware, the desert is unforgiving. Theres no "do overs" in this game, no fame or glory. You celebrate and suffer alone.

Was a nice surprise this turn out to be a fun game. Was worth getting. On level 335. No idea how many levels it has. Controls are easy to handle when you hit the golf ball. Get a chance try it.

It says it supports gamecenter but this game is the only one that doesnt register anything from my game. Leaderboards dont make sense either. Should be fixed or removed from app description

This game is so minimal I didnt think Id care for it, but I do - simple, smooth, fun. I like it a lot and feel compelled to keep playing.

First off, this game is amazing. Secondly, I am stuck on level 12731 and need help....someone please!!!!

Truly one of the top 5 greatest mobile games ever. Its always there, ready to ease the pain of standing in line, waiting for an appointment, time in the "library"... anything. This game rewards vision, creativity, feel and precision. Its so satisfying getting a hole in one on a tough hole after executing the exact shot you visualized. I love it. I play constantly and never get bored. I just completed hole 7000 with a 2.72 stroke average. I was sub 2.5 for thousands of holes, but there is just no avoiding some crazy holes where your stroke count will push or exceed 100. But it never makes me want to give up. Its pure, simplistic beauty.

I was up to hole number near-7000, but now it crashes on open.. Ive force-quit, restarted, shut down and rebooted... no joy. Crashes on open. Im guessing Ive lost all of my progress. Oh well. I had a 2.5 average.

I said I would quit at this level but I will probably just put it aside for a while. I play this on and off, works for commute etc. I can say that I hit into the hundreds on a few holes so it can be done, especially shots that require a setup then the high arch that has to hit a tiny spot.

Whenever Im having a hard time relaxing and taking care of business, I load up Desert Golf and in no time Im dropping off a load of my own. Thank you for this game.

It seems that the jury was out on whether or not this game actually has an end. Sometimes I would get so caught up in it that I look up and find that Ive played 100 holes in one sitting...well, I think I found an end...level 11,560. I realize that this is a post about a review and I loved this game, a great time killer when I need to waste a few moments but if anyone has found it possible to get past this level, Id love to know. Get this game.

I love this game. Its satisfying yet sometimes challenging. Very relaxing. I really appreciate the fact that it doesnt make a big deal about victories or failures. Just a beautiful endless course with no interruptions.

I found this game mind-numbingly senseless and random

Youre just out there, yknow - in the desert... with a 7 iron, a ball, lots of red sand and clocks melting on bent tree trunks. What? Eternity is made of red sand. Do not start this game. You will never stop. Time melts away.
